We developed a snack that tasted great in the kitchen, and we wanted to scale. The team at FoodOps quickly assessed the formula and identified that major changes were needed to manufacture our product for retail. Their team of food scientists worked with us to modify our one-of-a-kind product line so that it could be produced on typical manufacturing equipment with readily available ingredients.
